Regarding batch Number dispatch status

Hi,

I have to make report in which i have to check whether which (Raw Material) batch is dispatched or not? i.e. Suppose i am having to batches of raw material say A having 10 tons and B having 15 tons which makes a HALB item for 20 tons (A -> 5 and B -> 15). but when that batch out of which 10 tons batch is dispatched and 10 is left ,how should i come to know about it whether which batch quantity (10) is taken during dispatch.

Plzzz proivde me guidelines which tcodes n tables should be used used for it ?

BMBC to display batch for material or plant wise

Use the transaction MB51 for your requirment and MB56

I am able to find the the batches but now the problem is how do i come to know that this batch is dispatched with that quantity? how do i come to know that this batch qty was dere when we were dispatching it and this much qty... is left from batch?

Hi,

Use MCBR for Batch For Expacted GR use ME2V

1.MB52 will give you the consolidated data. Choose"Display Batch Stocks"

2. ME2V will give you the expected GR for a particular day.

And for MB56 to work, you have to issue the components with batch management to production order.

Then for FG Top down analysis.

& for components batches bottomup .

It seems you might have checked Bottom up for FG which is not possible.
