Flash won't display/open

I can view my exported flash files on the laptop I use for Xcelsius development but several other people canu2019t view it on their machines. They are on windows 2000 using IE where as I am on XP with sp3. Anyone seen this issue, know the cause, or how to fix it?

Where can I download the Xcelsius patches? I could not find it with the SAP support website.

be sure that they installed the last flash player form adobe website

Yes, all machines tested on have the latest Adobe flash player install.
