Hi All,

Our Client has specific gratuity formula.

Eg: Gratuity=(basic+DA)(15/26)no.of years of service.

In SAP we have a step to capture only eligibility years for gratuity.

How to incorporate this formula other than ABAPer coding at the wage type level?

Similarly for Superannuation.

Hi,

Generally we maintain percentage constant 4.81% instead of 15/26 * salary

if u want same percentage on other wTS u can maintain in T539J table

i think it will helpful to u
