Import ABAP system certificate into Java Engine Error

hi, experts:

when i execute the template installer for bi postinstation in my portal ,my system id is 'MID' and

my bi and portal are all in one server, the first 11 step are execute correct but the step12

(Import ABAP system certificate into Java Engine )i got the error as follows:
