Error Using Anonymous Logon to Access the Portal

Hi, SAP Experts .

I configured my SAP Portal 7.00 SP16 (Was Java) with anonymous logon and Kerberos Authentication for Single Sign-On.

When I enter the following Url:

http://tsportal/irj/portal/anonymous, It shows the web site anonymous.

But, when I enter the Url: http://tsportal.tsnetglobal.com/irj/portal/anonymous, first It asks a user and password for enter to the server tsportal.tsnetglobal.com. If I choose "cancel" then Url shows the web site anonymous or If I choose any option then It asks again for a user and password.

I need that the Url http://tsportal.tsnetglobal.com/irj/portal/anonymous show the web site anonymous, without asks user and password.

How can I solve the problem?

Make sure you have your iViews and Pages set to anonymous user on the authentication scheme.

I have this role open to anonymous users but my problem is when I open the XMLs ( I used SAP Demo News Form) it prompts me to login. Also the images located on the page doesn't show up unless I login.

Any help?
