EEO reporting

Hello,

We have an issue with the following transaction code. S_AHR_61016152. This is the program RPSEEO1U0 and is the EEO: US Legal Compliance Report for EEO-1.

When we try and run this report we get the following error:

Invalid Race or Ethnicity

Does anyone know how to run this program/report correctly? I found some Notes that look like they may be for this issue.....does anyone know if this error is because we're not current on the SP's and therefore need to apply the note?

Check out www.ofccp.com and see the race and ethnicity are proper

Hi Suparna,

When you encounter such an error, "Invalid race or ethnicity"; please check your master data for IT0077 - Additional Personal Data. Maintain values for Ethnic Origin & Race Data.

Thank you. We did check IT0077. It appears that all three fields (ethnic origin, ethnicity (new), and race data) have to be completed before the report will run properly. Or at least that's what we've come up with.

If you have any more insight into this, we would appreciate the help!

1. Maintain IT 0077 with Race, Ethnicity, Veteran Status (this would be required for VETS100 report).

2. Run the EEO-1 report again.

3. This time, it will throw an error.. No entries found in table T5U0P: PA, PSA

4. Visit that table; Maintain the Entries for EEO Company ID, VETS Company ID in the table for the respective PA, PSA.

5. Format is XXXXXX-X.

6. Now run the EEO-1 report again.

7. Award the points if you find this solution useful.
