could not install Crystal Server XI .

CMC services are not started automatically, while I was installing Crystal Server XI .

I tried to start servers in

Control Panel-> "Services".

But I am getting errors

"Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start the services."

And could not install Crystal Server XI .

It sounds like you are trying to install with a user account and not a local administrator(the installer edits the registry and writes to system directories and must have local admin rights). Also make sure microsoft DEP is set to Microsoft services only.
