I get the error "sysntax error in program /SAPCND/SAPLCUS_GEN_ON_THE_FLY" while importing SP13 for SAP_AP component. I checked the note 1230048 before applying and also tried to apply this note, couldnt apply it as system was not taking it. I tried the manual solution which says "a) Execute transaction se18 in SAPGUI, activate the enhancement spot /sapcnd/configuration"in the note but I couldnt find '/sapcnd/configuration" in the system.
