Hi,
I'm developing a DataMart and I have several KPI using compund units of measure, like:
USD/Botella
Caja/Hrs
etc.
This Units of Measure does not exist in the system, but most of the numerators and denominators exist as single units of measure. What is the best practice about handling compound units of measure?, should I create them?, should I operate numerators and denominators?
thanks for the recommendations.
Mauricio.
I found the solution.

Andreas,
thanks for the help. saddly I'm working with BI7, so it's a little different. But I'l work it arround.
There is an Idea in here that I was thinking abour too. Using two KF to keep Numerator and Denominator, and a third KF to keep KF1/KF2. But I have a problem, how do I assing UNIT in the transfer rule/routine??
any help will be appreciated.
Points awarded anyway.
Mauricio

Hi Mauricio,
this as "answered" marked thread is about "UNIT" in transformation. I think this is what you are looking for:
Take also a look at the 0MAT_UNIT_ATTR DataSource. From which you can load UOM factors for material:
