How we can upload substitute on system before go-live ?

Hi Experts,

After SBWP transaction if we go to setting->workflow settings->maintain substitute (This is place where we can maintain substitute who can take our all or one task (Approval) on manager's behalf.

We have requirement to upload all Manager's substitution on system before go-live.

Can we upload substation on Workflow before go-live ? Can we do it on system through any upload program LSMW or BDC?

Is it possible ?

Would really appreciate kind guidance on this.

Use FM SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN to do a mass load of Substitutes in the system.
