Status of PO in Search on SUS

In SUS, when I use option FIND, screen DOCUMENT SEARCH appears. In this screen it exists field STATUS and it contains all the estatus available for the search of an PO.

But when I sign on to the system in Spanish language I cannot see all the estatus. I suppose is by error in the translation of estatus of EN a ES.

How I can update these estatus?.

Regards.

replied

there is no standard way to do this -->

Also there is no badi available to do this....

only way is to make changes in the standard if you want to...

1) transaction SE80

2) select BSP application and SRMSUS

3) open the tree -->

controller -->framework --> select -> search.sub.

4) on the right side --> you will see controller class --> CL_SUS_C_SEARCH

5) double click on this --> system would return --> methods --> select DO_INIT and double click on that..

6) you will get in to details of DO_INIT method

you will find the following code -->

-

IF pv_show_service_agent_view NE 'X'.

IF pv_asn_display EQ 'X'.

CALL METHOD cl_bsp_get_text_by_alias=>get_text

EXPORTING

language = sy-langu

alias = 'BBP_SUS_UI/SEARCH_TYPE_ASN'

RECEIVING

alias_text = alias_text.

alias_hash-name = 'asn'.

alias_hash-value = alias_text.

INSERT alias_hash INTO TABLE object_type_texts.

ENDIF.

IF pv_inv_display EQ 'X'.

CALL METHOD cl_bsp_get_text_by_alias=>get_text

EXPORTING

language = sy-langu

alias = 'BBP_SUS_UI/SEARCH_TYPE_INVOICE'

RECEIVING

alias_text = alias_text.

alias_hash-name = 'invoice'.

alias_hash-value = alias_text.

INSERT alias_hash INTO TABLE object_type_texts.

ENDIF.

ENDIF.

IF pv_order_display EQ 'X'.

CALL METHOD cl_bsp_get_text_by_alias=>get_text

EXPORTING

language = sy-langu

alias = 'BBP_SUS_UI/SEARCH_TYPE_ORDER'

RECEIVING

alias_text = alias_text.

alias_hash-name = 'order'.

alias_hash-value = alias_text.

INSERT alias_hash INTO TABLE object_type_texts.

ENDIF.

you need to change the order --> here --> make the search type --> with SEARCH_TYPE_ORDER as the first entry...

then you will get order as first search field....

it is bit complicated , but no other way it can be achieved
