Tutorial on iviews !!!

Hi Experts,

I need some good documents or tutorials on iviews. Actually we are taking pushing data from BW into portal and creating iviews.

How to do it?

Kindly help me.

Most of the details and study materials which you need can be obtained from sdn.sap.com. You may go to the e-learning link of EP and from there you can download the pdfs and other documents.

Regarding how to create iviews, the above mentioned links by other contributers will provide you with the answers (so I will not repeat).

Also, you can do a search in SDN forum with "iviews creation" or "iview km" or "iview template" or "iview BW" and you will get alot of posts related and they can help you understand more about iviews and how you can prepare and setup for your BW iviews in EP.

Hello Kannan Jagadeesan,

Enuf of Link Stuuf here is my Effor to give u step by step solution to ur concern

Step's

1) Open Portal Click on Content Administration > portal Content Right Click New Iview .

2) then select iView template - create an iView from an existing iView template.

Click on Next.

3) Select This Template "BEx Web Application iView"

Click Next.

4) Enter Iview Name, Id ,Prefix and Description.

5) in Version Page select 'SAP BW 2.x/3.x"

Click next.

6) Select SAP_BW as System

7)And Enter the Link of ur BI Report in BEx Web Application Query String: * Propert

😎 Application Parameters: Can be left Empty.

Click on next

U r done with Iview creation.
