Lockbox in SAP

Hi Gurus, I am facing an error in SAP Lockbox. There are certain transactions reflecting in Bank but these are not being shown in SAP. Can anybody guide me how to probe into system to find out the possible error. As a direction, I need to check the following points:

1. Has the statement been successfully uploaded for the day (for which data is not displayed in SAP).

2. other concerned Tables, configurations which can be checked and where can be checked.

Please advice how this error can be checked.

You can check the configuration on following path in SPRO :

1) Financial Accounting  Bank Accounting -> Business Transactions -> Payment Transactions ->LockBox->

Define Control parameters

Define Posting Data

2) Financial Accounting -> Bank Accounting _> Bank Account -> Define Lock Box Account at House Banks

In my case, I found out that the file was not uploaded successfully.

Hi,

You can check the Interface Spools - Lockbox Posting Log and Lockbox Imported checks Log would be generated if the lockbox file was uploaded via background processing.

You can check on T-code SP01 for the date of the run.

These logs could help identify what was in the file and what did not post.

Also you can use T-code FEBA_LOCKBOX or FLB1 to check the details of Posted transactions.
