Need to re-install CR Server XI

I need to re-install this product, the downloads I have found on the sap site are for sp3.. which won't install without the main product.

Can anyone point me to where I can get this software, I am quite desperate

You won't be able to do this without an ESD login (which you would only have if you have a maintenance agreement). If you do not have a support agreement, your best bet would be to download the trial software [here|http://www.businessobjects.com/forms/default.asp?id=701300000000yxE] and use your key. This is by far the least bother. Your last option would be to call customer support.
