could you tell me if the condition value for warranty condition type for a BOM Parent should be 0 or not? and whether this vale is posted in COPA ?

It depends on how you are handling the costs for a Sales BOM. If you want to handle the costs at the component level and the price at the header level we can achieve. Obviously the costs should get posted to COPA for analysis.
