CATS - Approve Working Times

Hi

For a new employee I created a new line in CAT2 with 1 hour and now I need to approve the hour but when I go to transaction ACTEXP_APPR_LITE the line is missing.

However in transaction CATS_DA I can see the line and it has status Data is being processed (the lockpad). How do I change the status from being processed to data has been released for approval (the yellow triangle).

And how do I subsequently approve it?

Hi RM

select the row you have entered the time

then click on button release view (present below the table control for filling hours)

then click on edit menu & in that click on release (or Shift +f4 in release view)
