Hello all

i have a query with 4 char. in rows, and K.F in columns.

For one char. i want the system to bring me all the values (from master data), and for the rest of the char. i want to get only the "posted values". The query is input ready.

Is this possible?

Also you can go to query designer and choose the info object, in the properties section choose display master data.

similarly for other characteristics choose posted values.

Hi,

This is possible. In RSA1, go to the definition of the characteristics, you are using in the query. In the Business Explorer tab page, there is a field called "Query Execution Filter Val. Selection". You can maintain it as either "Postable values" or "Master data" as per your requirement.

Yes it is possible because you define that at the InfoObject level not at query level.
