subcontracting challan

hi,

i am facing one problem at the time of reconciling the subcontracting challan i.e CHALLAN MATERIAL IS DIFFERENT FROM MATERIAL DOCUMENT.

Hi,

Check the BOM usage it may be universal, creat bom with universal then create po and challan.

At the time of GR (MIGO), you have to "Refer Subcontracting Challan" and the same challan and year should be used in J1IFQ. Also check the components of GR doc (for mvmt type 543) and Challan, there should not be mismatch.

Go to J1FR and check status of challan, see it is already reconciled or not?

HI I HAVE CREATED SUBCONTRACTING CHALLAN WITH REF TO MATERIAL DOCUMENT NO WHICH IS GENERATED AT THE TIME OF GOOD ISSUE(311 E). NOW AFTER GR I AM DOING THE RECONCILE OF SUB CHALLAN, AT THE TIME OF THIS OPERATION I AM GETTING THAT ERROR.

use gr no 101 for reconcillation and not the tp doc no
