New Planning type in SOP

Hi All,

I have created SOP planning Type in MC8A named Zxxx but I am not able to call the same in Planning of Product group (MC81) or material (MC87), System by default takes the std. planning type SOPKAPA or SOPKAPAM , Please let me know any furthur any configuration I have to do to get the my planning type in Planning MC81.

Please guidde me !

By default system is giving SOPKAPA and SOPKAPAM, but if you press F4 you can see all created types. you can view them is MC8C.

I'm not talking about MC8A or MC8C,

I am talking abt MC81 or MC87, Is there any field where I can select Planning type in MC81 or mc87

MC81/MC87 is for Std SOP(Info Structure S076),for Flexible planning you need to use MC93.

Hello Ranjan,

MC81 and MC87 are for standard SOP, there system will take default .

What you need is flexible planning , While creating Planning Type at MC8A, you must have assigned one info structure . Proceed with MC93 with same planning type and info structure,
