production order retrieval

Hi friends,

how to retrieve the archived production order.Kindly give the steps for this.

hi,

1. Choose Logistics --> Production --> Production control --> Tools -->Archiving --> Orders.

The initial screen for archiving production orders is then displayed.

2. Choose Retrieval.

3. Enter the selection criteria.

Enter the archive to be searched or use the archive information structure.

If you are using the archive information structure SAP_PP_ORDER001 then select Use Archive Information Structure.

Archive information structure SAP_PP_ORDER001 must be activated in the Archive Information System.

If you are not using archive information structures, then you must enter the archives that the system is to search.

Choose Archive Selection, select the required archive files and choose (Continue).

4. Choose (Execute).

The selected orders are then displayed in the Order Information System.

Is there any report for finding the retrieved production orders? how to save retrieved order as a text fiel?
