creating EJB 3.0 using eclipse 3.4

Hi

I am new to EJB. I want to develop a sample EJB applicaiton ( probably a hello world kind of thing ). I have downloded the eclipse 3.4. I am not aware of how to proceed further. can anybody sned me a link or doc which has step by step procedure on this
