Actual work in maintenance order

Hi,experts,

In maintenance order,suppose 3 persons can complete a work in 4 hrs, so I m entering in "work" field as 4 ,"unit" as H and "Number" as 3 , now my doubt is about planned cost for the labour, planned cost for labour is coming only for 4 hrs, but in my view it should come for 3x4=12 hrs .means say , rate for 1 hr =INR 100/- so planned cost for labour should come INR 1200/- , while it is coming only INR400/-,Also, in IW41/IW42 screen , what time should I enter, say they have taken 4 hrs to complete the work.How the cost will come .Please, explain .thanks in advance.

hi

you have to specify the Calculation key as calculate work ,then you have to enter the operation duration as 3 and number 4 then you can get the work duration 12 .

or you have to enter work duration as 12 and number 3 then operation duration is 4

formula is work dur/number = Operation duration

You can also maintain in header data CCkey as "Calculate Duration"

In operation

Enter Work Duration ( 4 X 3 = 12)

No of capacities - 3

Then u will get the actual duration as 4 hrs for each
