Hi,
We know that 'S' price indicator will be used for finished and semi finished and 'V' for Raw materials.
If we change the price indicator vice versa what will be the impact and implications.
Please guide me

Hello Sateesh
If you maintaint the price control S, standard price willbe updated in the material master and valuation will be done basing on this only.
If you maintain the price control V which is the weighted avg price, receipts and issues willbe updated accordingly.
If you maintain the price control V, good receipt from the production order will be costed on the price contrl V than the standard price,

Hi,
The impact of changing price control from S to V or V to S is if they is any change between this two control.
the material is revalued & a material price change document is created.

Siddique
