I want maintain scrap material in bom
If I give negative quanti in component list with material name
It ok or somethingelse configuration settings required

Assign this in BOM for - ve (negetive qty) no configuration setting required.
"Scrap" the word usually used in domain is "By-Product" in SAP as it have some valuation.
So, quantity with negative sign is enough in the BOM.
