Hello Gurus!
In which moment does the RFQ Release Strategy takes place?
- When the Request is created before sending to the Vendor;
or
- During the selection of the winning Quotation?
Is there a spot where I can place an ABAP consistency during the selection of the winning Quotation?
Thanks
Rogerio
hi,
1)Whenever that exceeds the limit value what we have set in the condition
example value >1000
Doc is not AN
then it will ask for release
based on the release code we need to release.

hi,
generally, release Strategy takes place when net amount is greater than the certain amount. when it exceeds, it is necessary to have approval for that much huge amount.
The release strategy defines the approval process for purchase requisitions or external purchasing documents. The strategy specifies the release codes necessary and the sequence in which releases have to be effected. You can define a maximum of eight release codes.
The assignment of the release strategy to a requisition or a purchasing document is based on the release conditions.
Thanks & Regards

Thank you for the answer Swathi.
I actually don't know what triggers the Release Procedure (the approval process) for a RFQ/Quotation? The Quotation creation or the Quotation price compare list process?
(i.e.: for a Purchase Requisition, the "trigger" is saving the PR)
Thanks & regards,
Rogerio
