Learn more about KM

I have worked on EP7 on the SSO and UME side.

Now we want to extensively use KM.

Could you give me a short check list -- what are the most important things to know about KM?

The Enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) scenario provides a set of services to create, publish, retrieve, and share information that is distributed to different locations and backend systems.

The capability provides an infrastructure to access documents that are stored in heterogeneous, distributed repositories at a central point and offers services to handle these in a uniform manner. Regardless of how or where documents are stored, Knowledge Management makes it possible to:
