HI,

1) I GETTING ERROR WHEN CONNECTION CLIENT WITH SERVER

MSG "LOG IN TIMEOUT EXPIRED"

2) WHEN CHOOSE COMPANY IN CURRENT SERVER NAME ONLY MSSQL OPTION DISPLAY

BUT I INSTALLED SOL SERVER 2005 WHICH IS NOT SHOWING IN THE COMBO BOX OF CURRENT SERVER.

PLZ REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Hi Rajkumar,

Sometimes this error message is actually related to the SQL server. I would suggest doing a web search for some of the terms you got in the error message like any specific error codes or types. If this doesn't return anything for you, could you please post either the exact text of the error message or a screenshot?

As for SQL 2005 not appearing in the list, this can be due to not having the SQL 2005 native client installed correctly. Please see SAP note 1015229 for details on this and what to do to resolve it. In my experience, the log on will often work anyways regardless of the server type in that choose from list.

Finally, from your post it seems these issues occur in the client - you may get more experienced consultants in this area in the general Business One forum, rather than the SDK one.
