Percentage Distribution in Case in PO for Services

User create PO for services with account assignment category P and item category D with reference to PR, after creating purchase order user change the quantity & value of services. Some times service line items are deleted and again enter in PO. During these changes percentage distribution (on account assignment tab) among different services becomes zero. When user try to enter service entry sheet, system gives error of u201CAccount coding allocationu201D & user can not enter service entry sheet.
