Capitalize in third depreciation area not possible (ASKB)

Hi guys,

I have created a new asset class, was able to capitalize it to the first and second depreciation area, but having problems to capitalize in the third depreciation area via ASKB. After I execute ASKB, I receive the below error message (520 is the asset class, 40 the affected depreciation area):

520 40 AA 191 Internal error in item 0000000000: asset row is not complete

No batch input session was not created !!!

I have checked all possible settings for the relevant asset class and depreciation area, but can't figure out what could be the problem.

Hi Lucie,

Can you give more information about the depreciation area like:

Postings in FI and if you are making postings on a control object (cost center/ WBS).

Possible errors:

Accouns assignment not compleet g/l accounts

Setting from g/l accounts are not correct

No costelement
