Hi ,

Can any one write down how can we create S user Id? what are the mandatory field to create it and what are the advantages?

Here

1.The S-User ID is a unique ID that allows you to access the SAP Service Marketplace and associated with a particular user.

2.The S-user ID is unique to an individual in his current organization.You must create an S-User ID relevant to your current organization

3.for this you need to contact your SAP Service Marketplace Super Administrator, ERP head, or SAP Practice head in your current organization to have an S-User ID created.

4. as far as mandatory fields are concern it ask the all normal details and your organizations partner number with SAP.

and the advantages are ...you can be unique through it on SAP. you can buy SAP software/installables n all. and can get the new informations regarding new relase n update n all

on the top of it you can also access SAP notes.

it is highly secured.

Hi only SAP partners have S user id and password nobody will share those password Since it affect their privacy Since it cost more than $50000 to get the license along with this user id and pwd they will get.SAP certification password wont help for S user id and password only possible is If you work with big client if they are Partner with SAP if they ready to share the pwd to you for practise and explore it will work else you have no other options.

Ask the installation number from your basis consultant and then click

Give your details and your user id is ready to use.

Hi Shalini,

Kindly follow the below steps to create an S user Account to access service market place:

- Log in to http://service.sap.com

- Click on the right hand side button corner click on New user? Register here .This will atke you to screen 2

- Fill in all required details in this page and click on Submit. Button

- Note down your pwd and you will get an email about your userid and other information

- You will get an emial from sap in appox 24 hours.

- After receiving the mail click on the link you receive it wil take you to service market place an will ask you to furnish your details like first name ,last name,registration num etc.

- Please type the pwd in the user registration screen which you received

- Fill in your details once agin and this time provide the pwd you received on the user registration screen

- You will then receive your new user id (S user-id and pwd) and new password

- Use this Id and Pwd to access service market place

hi,

The S user id is the one which is availiable to BASIS administrators,It is basically used to downloas software,Patches and other critical aspects of SAP thru Market place.

If you want to access it the key given by Basis persons can be used to create a login id. so that you can login the market place .
