Copy Controls for PO Number & Date

Hi SD Experts,

Is there a way to copy over PO number and date from Quotation to Sales Order? I cant seem to find where to configure to copy it over to Sales Order. Please advise. Thanks!

Dear Lee,

Through developing new copying routine you can get this requirement with the help of ABAPer.

Please go to VTAA transaction select your Quotation and order document types then go in to the header detail here yiu can find standard copying routines

051 General header data

101 Business Data Header

001 Partner header

ask to ABAPer check the logic behind these routines after that you copy one of the sutable routine then add the coding according to your requirement in VOFM transaction.

After defining that assign that new routine in one of these places i.e from which routine you copied.

In copy controls i.e. VTAA, instead of 101 use 307 routine for business data transfer.
