Fill In missing dates on an embedded chart

Hi

I have a dataset from which I draw a bar chart.

The data has a transaction date and a summary for purchases for each day.

When I draw a chart I need it to incorporate dates for days where there are no purchases and show these as zero.

I cannot modify the dataset to insert fake transactions with zero value for the missing days.

Can this be done?
