Check on Reservation Vs. Issue

Hi experts ,

For Example - In SAP system, user creates a manual reservation for 100 qty by using tcode - MB21, movt type 311. At the time of issue thru Tcode ( MB1B ) movt type 311 , the store person can issue more than 100 qty / reserved qty against the same reservation . System is not showing any error message or restricting the user.

We want to built control that nothing more can be post than the reservation qty. Please guide us in simple steps how to configure such control.

Suggestions / solutions will be highly rewarded.

Go to OMCQ Define attributes for System Messages and Set the Message Numbers M7 022 & M7 024 as Error Messages & Save.

Go to messages & change that message to error 00 m7 022.

Generally this warning is best to use.
