workflow not approved but moved to outbox folder

Hi all,

The workflow is there in Inbox.A user double click on it and get the next screen.But if user is not approving and then come back to Inbox screen workflow moves to Outbox folder.

Can some one please let me know how to handle this

Hi,

Probably you are using the DISPLAY as the method executed in that witem. Once it's displayed, the witem is gone as the witem is completed.

What's your actual requirement. More details on that would give better tools for us to answer your concern.
