Blocked Stock

Dear All

we want to Physical adjust the stk through Rejected Store(blocked field) directly, is there any possiblility to do that ,or we need to first move that stk in other location .

Hi,

There is a practive of maintaining a blocked storage location under a plant in certain implementations,

So that any rejections from the shop floor etc are moved to this location, which might be used for all materials types, and later scrapped off or recycled. Although the stock at this location will be valuated, but not included for MRP calculations.

If you are meaning on such a location, then you can very well do a Physical inventory check at this location and proceed with the adjustment postings

GR blocked stock is not valuated at Plant level, hence Physical inventory postings are out of scope...

The stock at the blocked location has no valuation at the plant level. Once the stock will be at the unrestricted storage level, then only it is possible to physically adjust it.
