Posting MIGO, getting dump

While posting the GRN through MIGO, I am getting the ABAP Runtime error and the message "MAIL SENT SUCCESSFULLY" is coming. So how I can resolve this issue.

Hai,

1.Hope, u have activated the GR message indicator in the PO - Delivery tab ( Header data ) - GR message field.

2.The condition records are also created by MN21- with condition type MLGR.

3.But the system goes to dump, while saving the MIGO doc.

4.Analyse the ABAP runtime error by ST22 & analyse the error.This might be due to the program error. check with ABAP er to resolve this issue.

The GR Message indicator has not been selected and even not activated. For some article against the PO, the GRN has been completed, but for some article only the dump is coming.

So could u suggest the solution.
