this reports helps the purchase people & importance of this is

Use this report to generate a list of purchase requisitions that are to be resubmitted to the purchasing department for processing.

All those purchase requisitions whose release date plus resubmission interval yields a date that lies in the past will be included in the list. You enter the resubmission interval in the requisition item.
