How to create our own Icon on ToolBar

Hi All,

I want to create our own Icon on ToolBar. And on this Icon i want to show Launch Application. Suppose i create one Launch Application in that what we do we give the .Exe path. Like that i want to create Icon on ToolBar and i want to show that Appliaction on Icon when i will click.

U cannot put a new Icon on the toolbar. Its not possible.
