Making a field invisible

I was wondering if there is a way to have certain fields visable when pulling up the report, but then giving the user an option to make those fields invisible. The fields that I would like to make invisible are predetermined and would not change. Thanks for the help...still learning.

Hello Jeremy,

the way to hide fields is to set the background color and the font color of that field

to the background color of the section.

Hi Jeremy,

You can use the u2018Suppressu2019 option from the u2018Format Fieldu2026u2019 to suppress/conditionally suppress the selected field. The field values wonu2019t appear on the Preview tab, nor will they print.
