Our last offline backup failed ,pls find the details of log

it seems that "user" has cancelled your backup process. What kind 3rd party software you're using ?

We are using Dataprotector for taking online and offline.....could u pls tell how u came to know that some user has cancelled the process?

We have resolved this issue ,problem was with Data Protector.
