GL reporting

In FBL3N, I want to view material-wise total for BED acc; but in the layout material field is not visible.

In acc gp G001, the field is optional.

What config settings ar reqd for this?

Hi Shruti ,

Simple way is go to Fbl3n execute the report and Go To Menu path -> Settings-> Special fields.

choose Special fields you will be populated to O7R3 screen as Manohar has already mentioned, there you need add a new entry ie

Table Field Field label

BSEG MATNR Material

And Save the changes.

Later Go to SE38 and execute program BALVBUFDEL .

Note:- Dont get worry even after thsese settings the field does not appear immediately but this will get updated once the indexing is completed. Genrally in Companies it is around 24 hours ie you can find the field after a span of 24 hours after addition of the field.

and enter your required field you will get it.

Table Name

Table from which the fields in the list are displayed. Depending on the list category, the following specifications would be appropriate:

o Category 1: BSEG, RF05L

o Category 2: RFPOS, BKPF, BSEG, BSEC, BSED

o Category 3: RFOPS

Note: Each variant which displays other fields as well as the RFPOS fields becomes a "special variant", that is the performance of the transactions for the line item display gets worse with displays which use these

special variants.
