How many functionalities can the personalize link give?

I wonder that without any extra coding effort, i.e. just via configuration, what is the complete list of

functionalities that personalize link can offer?

I know some of them such as password management, WEBEX.

Hi Christy!

If you mean the personalization link in the top of the page (at the masthead area, on the right), you have this personalizationsa avaiable as standar configuration:

1. Portal Theme: Where user can change the main theme.

2. User profile: To maintain their own user profile, like address, telephone number, accessibility, etc

3. User mapping: with Webex account for example asu you mentioned. Also with backend systems like R3, ONLY if Single Sign On is not configured with these.

4. Work protect mode: To determine how the portal handles unsaved data when the user navigates trough forms for example.

If you're talking about iviews personalization, there is also another list of available functionalities trough standar. Some of them are to show the "Help" link, to open the iview in a new and blank window, etc.
