How to maintain new intervela for Number Range

Dear Friends,

How to maintain own numbers for Sales documnet i.e number intervels for number range?

I am trying to give new number range for sale document that is not available in the drop down list.Hence I want my number range to appear in the drop down list.Following are the screen shot,

Hello,

First you need to define number range group and assign the number range intervals in VN01.

Maintain the internal as well as external number ranges for each sales document types in VOV8.

You go to the Number Range for the sales documents.

T-code VN01

There go to the pen marked edit.In the Interval Add a new

interval and then specify the Range from Number to Number.

Then go to your Sales Documents in VOV8 and assign the Number Ranges in the Sales Documents.

Then After Generation the order You will find the Sales Documents will be assigned your Documents Numebr Ranges.
