RSRHIEDIR_OLAP and multiple locks in SM12

Hi SDN Community:

Yesterday we had a problem that happened a few months ago u2013 no resolution was found at the time, and the problem disappeared after a few days.

Symptoms :

1) Build-up of multiple locks visible in SM12. Lots (not all) of these have to do with Hierarhies.

2) When one tries to display Hierarchy Authorizations through RSSM, oneu2019s session just freezes up, and in SM12 one sees locks for table RSRHIEDIR_OLAP.

3) Multiple dataload failures with messages like the following (the object in question having no descernable relationship with 0ORGUNIT)

Thank you.

Simon

Hi Andraes,

it seems that the issue has resolved itself. I have not had a reply from BASIS but it must be those intermittent locks during the hierarchy change run.

thank you.
