Customize MSS home page in EP 5.0 - ECC 4.6 system

Hello,

We have a requirement of adding a link on the MSS home page, the link is such that on clicking the same it will open an intranet site.

Kindly help me out in customizing the MSS home page, we are on EP 5.0 - ECC 4.6 system.

I tried searching regarding the MSS customization but couldnt find any relevat material for EP 5.0 and ECC 4.6 system

Hello Bala,

Thanks for the info.. But this link talks about a very important property called as " Homepage Framework" where all the modifications needs to be done, But unfortunately iam unable to see the same in my system, means i couldnt see any property known as " Homepage framework" under spro transaction.

Is it due to non availability of some role, or as this is available after ECC 5.0 and im on 4.6 that im unable to see the same.

Sounds a lot like a question I just answered here:

You would just need to create a new URL iView and page, if you want your intranet page to open in a new window, just set the iView/Page properties accordingly.
