Error after importing SLD CR content

Hi All,

we imported CR content for SLD on DEV system and all the IDOC's from R/3 are getting scheduled and they are not getting processed.

Current system details:

SLD version-> 7.0

Model version-> 1.5.34

CR content version-> SAP_CR 3.0

Before updating the CR content the IDOC's are processed succesfully.

We need to send the IDOC from R./3 to SCM system.

We refreshed the cache but still the problem exists.

Kindly suggest if we need to apply any notes or make any changes.

Hi,

It think some parameters are overwritten due to import function thats why idoc unable to process, better to check with scenario related SLD parameters like Product, Component, Technical & Business system and change according to target parameters it will work.

Hi,

Check your technical and business systems for the IDoc partner systems, system reads data from SLD while processing IDocs so any inconsistencies might cause this.

Also, what do you see in message monitoring RWB or SXMB_MONI? In WE05?

Although a small possibility, de-register and re-register all queues from T.C. SMQR and see if helps.

Check for the partner number and port in WE19 for existing IDOC.
