Master data
You need to have master data like Material master (MM01
)/BOM(CS01)/Production line(CR01) /Routing(CA01).
Transaction data
Plan the poroduct in MD61
Run MRP in MD02/MDBT or MD01.
Check Capacity load in CM01.
Convert Planned order to Production order - CO01
Release production order in CO02
Confirm Production order-header level in CO15 or each operation seperate in CO11n
Issue material in MB1A/MIGO or during confirmation in CO11n/CO15
Book the production qty in MB31/MIGO or during cornfirmation CO11n/CO15
Technically complete the order in CO02.
Month end activity
Then in the month end WIP/variance calculation/ settlememt ect will be carriedout by CO.
