Split production order

Can we split the production order once created ?

for eg. we have opened order for 50 qty.

material is in process & now we need to split the production order into 25 each

is it possible ?

Hello ,

It is possible to spilt the Order

Steps to split order :

1. In OPL8 Set the indicator cost collector

2. Default Rule -Periodic settlement(PP2)

3. CK11N do standard cost estimate

4. KKF6N Create cost collector

5. Create production order with op10,20,30,40

6. Go to op overview

7. Select the op from which you want to split (exop20)

8. Go to functions -

---

> Split order

9. Enter the qty ,if necessary a different order type for the child order

10.Execute

11.Order will be splitted .

12.The order can be splitted even from op10 itself

13.Goto MD04

14.Two orders will be created

15.Go to op overview of each order and there you can see the splitting.

Hi it's possible.pl follow the steps.

1.First you create product cost collector then

2.Go to OPL8 -controlling-tick cost collector,default rule-pp2

3.Production order -operation-function(top menu)-split order-here u enter your splitting quantity-save.

4.Now your pro.order split as a parent order&child order

pl try this & reply.

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to plit the production order.

You need to create a Product Cost collector before spliiting the production Order with the Transaction KKF6N.
