purchasing info record condition

Hi,

hope can get reply for below 4 point. kindly reply by point form.

1 May I know why freight FRA2 not in ME13 condition but show in ME23N condition tab?

2 If not maintained in purchasing info record, what tcode to maintain the condition value?

3 why only PB00 condition in ME13?

4 what is the difference for condition in ME13 and condition in MEK3?

u have to select the condition frea2 manually

2 If not maintained in purchasing info record, what tcode to maintain the condition value?

if it is in ur pricing procedure u will get it by manual selection

3 why only PB00 condition in ME13?

condition u will maintain at me11 then it will appaer in me13

4 what is the difference for condition in ME13 and condition in MEK3?

me11 and mek1 used for maintainning condirtion records only

me11 in combination of mat and vendor

and inmek1 u will get many combinations

hi

ur maintaining the default values for the conditons inme11 or mek1

so they will appear in po if u have maintained it

u can change them as required in me21n

so any one u maintain it will come in po

but why i can see only gross price in ME13 and why other condition not maintained in ME11?

i have already answerd while creating info record in me11 u have to manually choose other conditions and manintain them

so u can see them in me13

Whatever Condition types you Maintained in ME11 Purchase Info record with a Combination of Material, Plant & Vendor the same will be Pulled into Purchase order while creating if the Criteria suits.

The Condition Records which you Maintain in MEK1 will be be Pulled into Purchase order. (Suppose you can create Vendor Defaults Conditions types in MEK1 to Reduce Manual Entry every time. Now Whenever you Create the Purchase Order with that Vendor all the Conditions will come default in ME21N on Selecting Vendor.

Infact my doubt is like this.

in the purchasing info record, i can only see PB00 maintained. Others in MEK3.

Why only maintain PB00 via ME11 but others via MEK1? If I only maintain condition in MEK1 WITHOUT maintain in ME11, any difference?

Hi,

Check the condition type config settings in M/06, there info valid data & info scales config settings will be available. so go hrough the each and every field in condition type then you can find the all answers
