Application area customer overview not showing full BP details

Hello,

The customer overview tab in the application are is not displaying the full Business partner details. Following are the results for different components and profiles used.

Case 1:

Standard default workplace - ISU_EFF

Component - CUSTINFO

Profile - ISUCUSTINFO

Result - I am just getting the SAP utilities image and when the customer is displayed, I am getting the "the page cannot displayed" information.

Case 2:

Customised default workplace

Component - NAV_VIEW

Profile - ISU_EFF

Result - I am getting the same view of "Data environment" in the Navigation area in the. Only the current active contracts are displayed. Not the complete details of the business partner is available.

Do I need to create a profile of my own? Or some standard profile is available?

hi jack

if u r viewing the sap web screen try to find in the application area customising section in the particular tab vats the default setting ,if its html or profile component selection

if its not working try to giuve the following in the 1st tab

component --- custinfo

profile-----isucustinfo

then try to map ur application in the cic profile

it should work perfectly

Prince,

I used all possible components and profiles for the Customer overview in Application area.

I am happy with the two options.

Case 1:

Component - NAV_VIEW

Profile - ISU

Result - I am getting the following information in the screen.

- Premise

- CA

- Contract

- Installation

- Device

I am happy with this but the problem is I am not getting BP details.

Case 2

Component - NAV_VIEW

Profile - ISU_DRG

Result - I am getting the following information in the screen.

- BP

- Premise

- CA

- Contract

- Installation

- POD

- Switch Document

The problem is I am not getting Device details and also POD is not required.

Please suggest.

The problem is I am not getting Device details and also POD is not required.

to get device in ur cic0 screen

follow the procedure

envd--isu_drg

in that screen under installation u can see device and reguster

click device 1st and u can see in the right sode node type

and there is a activation box..just mark a tick in it

adopt the same for reguster if u need by clicking reguster below device and click tick..and save

now see in cic0 screen

it must display device and reguster datas too
